Flor de Sal: The Queen of salts. The fine crystals, which are obtained from the very top of the crystalized water, are harvested by hand and dried in the sun for an exceptional brilliance and whiteness.
Sea Salt with Herbs: The combination of sea salt and the Mediterranean herbs of thyme, basil, rosemary and oregano gives a subtle aromatic flavor to any dish.
Smoked Sea Salt: This salt will add an exotic smoked flavor to all types of dishes. In addition to traditional smoked dishes, such as fish, try it on meat or vegetables.
