Our organic sweet garlic with pimenton, from the southern region of Andalucia, has been cured in water and salt to remove the scent and bite that has been known to ward off vampires and potential dates. Then traditional pimenton from la Vera is added to give it an added smokey richness. The resulting product can be served straight from the jar, combined with a bowl of olives or used simply as a garnish.
