Our Spanish Olive Mix is a blend of Arbequina, Manzanilla, Cacereñas, Gardal, Caspe and Empeltre olives produced according to traditional techniques, without the use of chemicals or additives. Once picked, they are naturally cured in water and salt to produce a pleasantly meaty olive with a soft texture.
